For 17 years, Bayreuth becomes a mecca for runners on the Sunday of Maisel’s Weissbierfest with up to 4,000 participants running the course through the Festival City.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic this year was the second year that the Maisel’s FunRun went “digital” on Sunday, May 9, 2020 for charity reasons. Participants from around the world took part in the 2nd virtual FunRun and helped to collect 12,598€ for the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation.
